Short description
Morfología | Morfometría
Espinas dorsales (total): 7; Radios blandos dorsales (total): 8; Espinas anales 7. This species is distinguished by the following characters: all cephalic sensory-canal pores absent; dorsal/anal fin-ray formula of 8/7; some of the pectoral-fin rays are branched; fifth pelvic-fin ray 14.6-18.2% of the fourth pelvic-fin ray; presence of an obvious dark occipital spot; without dark spot at preural centrum; the first dorsal fin is clear with a basal dark spot and a dark distal margin (Ref. 109221).
