Espinas dorsales (total): 29 - 31; Radios blandos dorsales (total): 3; Espinas anales 2; Radios blandos anales: 18 - 21. Pelvic fin rays thick, finger-like (Ref. 9002). Brown or green in color; series of dark blotches dorsally and midlaterally (Ref. 9002).
Commonly in shallow weedy areas in green or brown weeds (Ref. 9002).
