Redescription based on Peruvian material in Kullander (1986: 98) with bibliography, diagnosis, description, distribution, and illustrations. Ploeg (1991: 68) claimed that C. johanna is based on more than one specimen, and designated the only specimen found at NMW as lectotype (NMW 16431).
