臀鰭軟條: 165 - 190; 脊椎骨: 72 - 86. dorsal, caudal and pelvic fins absent; 0-4 electrocytes rows, eye diameter 16.3 to 22.9 times in head length; body color grey, slightly translucent, with a darker dorsum and hyaline fins.
背部的, 尾部的與腹鰭不存在; 0-4 發電細胞列, 眼直徑 16.3 到 22.9 倍頭長; 身體色彩灰色的﹐些微半透明, 具有一個較深色的背面與透明的鰭。
