পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 11; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 15; পায়ূ কাঁটা 2; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 15. Body elongate and rounded. Adipose tissue around eye well-developed, with a rather undeveloped eyelid. Scales large, cycloid, and very deciduous.
