Épines dorsales (Total): 7; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 17; Épines anales 1; Rayons mous anaux: 18; Vertèbres: 26. Diagnosis: Dorsal fin rays 17, segmented. Anal fin rays 18, segmented. Longitudinal scales about 77. Caudal fin pointed. Lacks a row of black spots on its side, with yellow spots on a lavender background on its head and anterior part of its body (Ref. 56674).
Collected above fine, silty, sand with small coral patch (Ref. 56674).
