Épines dorsales (Total): 0; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 51-53; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 43 - 46; Vertèbres: 55 - 58. Pectoral fin very shallowly notched; caudal fin round, broad, continuous with dorsal and anal for about two-thirds of its length without notches at union, its rays having free tips (Ref. 12700). Body gray, transparent; posterior margin of dorsal, anal and caudal fins dark (Ref. 12700).
