Etymology: Callichthys: Greek, kalos, kallos = beautiful + Greek, ichthys = fish (Ref. 45335).
Eponymy: Fabricio Lehmann Gonzalez (d: 1936) is a self-taught Colombian naturalist and sport fisherman. He was an enthusiastic supporter of the authors’ expedition to the Popayán region (Colombia). (Ref. 128868), visit book page.
