				Adults are commonly found in intertidal areas, with homing behavior (Ref. 32612).  Also found in subtidal rocky areas.  Demersal spawners in nearshore habitats (Ref. 56049).  Oviparous.  Eggs are demersal and adhesive (Ref. 205), and are attached to the substrate via a filamentous, adhesive pad or pedestal (Ref. 94114).
