Anterior nostrils absent; no scales detected; pelvic disc with a frenum; body depth 3.35-3.6 cm SL; head length 2.75-2.8 in SL; head compressed, its width 1.2-1.3 in its depth; caudal fin rounded, shorter than head, 2.9-3.4 in SL; orange in color, the upper part of the head and body abruptly white; fins orange-yellow (Ref. 45340).
