Diagnosis

Possesses a dark blotch on the dorsolateral aspect of the caudal peduncle. Postorbital stripe angled. Caudal peduncle blotch large, extending dorsally across dorsal margin of caudal peduncle. Black spots in vertical bars on sides; faint pattern of alternating light and dark stripes along the side. Caudal fin base with 3 distinct dark blotches basally. Scales in lateral row 26-28 (Ref. 46238).
