Occurs in the Mekong, Chao Phraya (Ref. 27732), Maeklong, Peninsular and Southeast Thailand river systems (Ref. 26336 ). Found in Bangkok, Paknam and Kemarat. Captured from the wild for the ornamental fish trade (Ref. 6459).
