Type locality of the holotype of B. leucopteron: 'Sandrakatrana Stream at Ampasimbe Village, Toamasina Province, Madagascar. Altitude 126 m. Rianila drainage' (Ref. 76768). Known from the middle reaches of the Iaroka-Rianila basin (Ref. 76768).
