Two specimens fished from 2 localites, 900 km apart, in Messina (24 cm caught by longline, 04/02/90) and in Loano (32.5 cm by trammes, 18/10/90). Probable means of transport are ballast waters; uncertain whether fish could still be present in the Mediterranean (Ref. 44205). |
