Morphologie | Morphométrie
Épines dorsales (Total): 2; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 6; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 15; Vertèbres: 33 - 35. Like N. robertsi and N. palawanensis, has a large second ctenactinium that is bifid distally, but distinguished from those species by having a bone larger and more distinctly claw-shaped, and extent of a bony projection and fleshy profile on the ventral margin of the first ctenactinium that abuts the claw (Ref. 44355).
