Dorsal soft rays (total): 48-52; Anal soft rays: 41 - 48; Vertebrae: 54 - 58. Snouts jutting slightly past the mouth, thus subterminal (Ref. 34661); radialia 3; all radials round; gill slit expands ventrally in front of four pectoral rays (Ref. 36325).
