Korte beschrijving Morfologie | Morfometrie

Dorsale stekels (totaal): 1 - 3; Dorsale zachte stralen (totaal): 2-14; Anale zachte stralen: 13. Eyes in head, 1.9-2.2. Two simple strong spines on preoperculum and suboperculum (Ref. 232).

Found in deep water, 150-600 m, on muddy bottoms. Feeds on benthic invertebrates, mainly worms and crustaceans (Ref. 53643).
