Spawning Cycles: 1 (1/y)   Ref: Outerbridge, M., J. Davenport and A.F. Glasspool, 2007
Comments: Spawning peak for male and female gonadal cycle occurs in May and June, respectively (Ref. 59049). Both cycles are synchronous all throughout the study period where an annual pattern is evident (Ref. 59049). The various isolated Fundulus bermudae populations in Bermuda’s ponds are using submerged vegetation (particularly widgeon grass Ruppia maritime and mangrove roots) and algal mats as substrate to deposit their eggs on (Ref. 59049).
