Additional Characters Shell surface has 18-40 long filaments distributed evenly over chorion (Ref. 36575). Yolk is homogenous, about 2.2-2.7 mm in diameter (Ref. 36575). No pigments initially; embryo becomes completely pigmented with melanophores and xanthopores except on pectoral fins, caudal fins, and median finfold (Ref. 36575).
