| Diagnosis: | Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 31-34; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 23-26. Lateral line generally present. Dorsal profile of head between eyes flat or slightly convex, not notably arched. Dorsal and anal fins with scales. | |||
