Max. size:  11.3 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range - 501 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: known from a single specimen taken west of 0°46'S, 89°42'W. Reported occurrences from the Ecuador-Galapagos islands (Ref. 5515, 46892, 38732).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 109-109; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 94-94; Vertebrae: 58-58
Biology:  Rarely caught (Ref. 9294). Minimum depth from Ref. 58018.
