Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 50 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: along the northern coasts of Colombia, Venezuela, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found over sandy mud bottoms in coastal waters to about 50 m depth (Ref. 3702).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 27 January 2020 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
