Family:  Tetrarogidae (Wasp fishes)
Max. size:  21.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 24 - 300 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Gulf of Aden, Gulf of Oman, and southwest India (Ref. 11441). Likely at Seychelles (Ref. 1623).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 13-13; Dorsal soft rays (total): 10-11; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 5-6. Caudal fin long and broadly rounded.
Biology:
