Max. size:  5.5 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 75 - 175 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: off southern Natal, South Africa.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 5-6; Dorsal soft rays (total): 20-22; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 24-25; Vertebrae: 34-34
Biology:  Two known specimens.
