Family:  Profundulidae (Middle American killifishes)
Max. size:  7.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Central America: Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Not a seasonal killifish. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
