Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-11; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 29-33; Vertebrae: 44-45. Pyloric caeca 6; photophores above anal fin 17-19 (Ref. 41740).
