Environment:  reef-associated; marine
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Somalia (Ref. 30573), Kenya and Aldabra and Mauritius islands.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits shallow inshore waters. Also seaward reef slopes (Ref. 9710).
