Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  5.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: lower Luapula plain and in associated temporary rivers, downstream of Mambilima Falls (Ref. 117281), including its type locality in Luanza River floodplain (Ref. 3788, 59344).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Bottom spawner, with unknown months incubation (Ref. 27139).
