Max. size:  11 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Malay Peninsula and Chao Phraya and Mae Khlong basins (Ref. 26580) and the Mekong basin (Ref. 43281).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs mainly in medium to large-sized rivers and enters flooded fields (Ref. 12975).
