Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 68-68; Anal spines: 0-0. Brownish cinnamon; mouth and gill cavities (apart from darkish blue region around throat and near bases of gill arches), gill arches and rakers light cinnamon brown (Ref. 31160).
