Max. size:  8.1 cm SL (male/unsexed); 7.13 cm SL (female)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  South America: Marowijne River drainage, in the Oelemari River in Suriname.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits rivers (Ref. 12251). Likely to occur in similar biotopes where other species of this genus are found (Ref. 35237).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 01 March 2007 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
