Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  6 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Ndian river drainage, southeastern Nigeria and probably southwestern Cameroon.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in swamps and swampy parts of brooks in the rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Bottom spawner, 1 month incubation (Ref. 27139).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 05 September 2019 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
