Biology:  Formerly found in warm spring (Ref. 86798). Reported to attain a maximum length of 5.9 cm SL (Ref. 12193).
IUCN Red List Status: Extinct (EX); Date assessed: 29 November 2011 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
