Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish; marine
Distribution:  Central America: Pacific draining rivers, in brackish and fresh water of Panama.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in coastal, brackish and fresh waters (Ref. 9271). Caught with various artisanal gear (Ref.9271). Marketed fresh (Ref. 9271).

Threat to humans:  traumatogenic
