Family:  Tetraodontidae (Puffers), subfamily: Tetraodontinae
Max. size:  4 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; depth range 1 - 2 m
Distribution:  Asia: Sarawak, Malaysia.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 10-11; Anal soft rays: 10-10
Biology:  Found in a large stream with soft and silty bottoms in some parts, sandy in others, with leaf litter and submerged logs. Occurs in relatively fast flowing waters.
