This species is distinguished by the following characters: absence of chromatophores on abdominal part of trunk; dotted chromatophores widely scattered over latter half of tail; scales on cheek absent; shaft of opercle is directed downward and distinctly shorter than opercle; indistinct mandibular canal organs (Ref. 82161). | |||
