Max. size:  1.8 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish
Distribution:  Asia: northeastern Borneo (Ref. 7050) and Mekong delta, upstream as far as Cambodia (Ref. 12693).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits fresh and brackish waters, in areas of aquatic vegetation, including mangrove roots (Ref. 12693). Feeds on zooplankton (Ref. 12693). Not seen in markets (Ref. 12693).
