Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Gabon and probably also in southeastern Equatorial Guinea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in brooks and small streams in the hilly rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is very difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).

Threat to humans:  harmless
