Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 5.80000019073486 - 7.19999980926514, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: southern Togo, southern Benin, and southern Nigeria.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in brooks and small streams in the coastal rainforest on quaternary sediment soil (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is easy to maintain in the aquarium (Ref. 27139).
