Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 49 m
Distribution:  Eastern Pacific: Santa Cruz Island in southern California, USA to central Baja California, Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits rocky areas, subtidal and to 49 m depth (Ref. 2850).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 22 March 2011 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
