Remarks Inhabits coral reefs (Ref. 58534). Occurs inshore and in shallow estuaries. Feeds on crabs, lobsters, bivalves and small fishes (Ref. 5578). Dwells in sandy substrates and favors the shallow surf zone (Ref. 9773).
