Remarks Spawning aggregations occur around the full moon, outside the reef. A clockwise migration around Palau has been reported to occur outside the reef. Large, loosely associated aggregations start appearing in Ngeremlengui in December, peaking in January. These aggregations continue to move northward along the west coast of Babeldaob. Upon reaching the tip, they move southward down the east coast. It is believed that the first wave of fish found in Ngeremlengui in December reach Peleliu in July.
