Diagnosis |
Scales in lateral series above lateral band 47-53; and predorsal scales 24-26 (Ref. 47314). Differs from O. bicudo and O. ledae by the following characters: thin fragile premaxilla, not projected anteriorly in its medialmost portion; ventral head profile usually split into two straight sections, forming an angle at the retroarticular joint; snout short, as long as wide in dorsal view; mouth slightly upturned in lateral view and positioned above a horizontal line crossing near the center of eye and above a horizontal line crossing near the middle of head depth (Ref. 47314). |
