Known from Maui (Ref. 58302). Museum: W side of Coconut I., Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, USNM 206174 (holotype, 3.31 cm SL, male). Paratypes: west side of Coconut I., USNM 206175, BPBM 10864, 10862; off Kahaluu, BPBM 10865; SE sector of Kaneohe Bay, BPBM 5522 - 5525 (Ref. 26168). Also in Ref. 122652, 122680.
