পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 0; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 101-108; পায়ূ কাঁটা 0; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 78 - 83. Dark blotches on dorsal and anal fins; last 3 pelvic rays on eyed side and 1st 3 dorsal rays darkened (Ref. 4417).

Feeds on bottom-living animals (Ref. 9824).
