Épines dorsales (Total): 0; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 207; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 158; Vertèbres: 156 - 160. Edges and bases of unpaired fins dark, pectorals light. Branchial chamber light. Eye round, pupil narrow and vertical. Dorsal fin origin slightly anterior to the insertions of the pectorals.
