Épines dorsales (Total): 0; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 14-15; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 14 - 17. Brown-yellow in color, flanks silver; fin bases and edges of scale pockets black (Ref. 3988). Dorsal adipose fin present, ventral adipose fin absent.
