Max. size:  48.4 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: endemic to Lake Khuvsgul, Mongolia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Small in size, mature at a length of 17-20 cm TL (Ref. 593). Omnivore, feeding predominantly on plankton (Ref. 41072).
