Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 388 - 412 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: known from the type locality, off northwestern part of Little Bahama Bank, Bahamas.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Holotype taken from a depth between 388 and 412 m (Ref. 26282). Oviparous (Ref. 50449). Eggs have horn-like projections on the shell (Ref. 205).
