Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 60 - 1366 m
Distribution:  Northeast Pacific: Southern California, 32-34°N, to British Columbia, 48°30'-55°N. Northwest Pacific: Japan (Ref. 559).
Diagnosis:
